But I can't wait for you to upload more! I particularly like that oil pastel (?) piece. I have difficulty with pieces like that because I feel I have to explain myself rather than letting the viewer interpret. So, I suppose I can appreciate an artist who can do it well. ^_^

There is no such thing as abnormal or normal. They are both relative terms.

Oh no! ^_^; Be careful, as fun as dA is, it's not as important as your classes. O_O I should remember that myself... My advice is to leave lots of comments. I'm probably an extreme example, seeing as I have about a hundred more comments that I've left over the number of pageviews I have, but it's a good way to get people to view your page as well as explore one person's gallery at a time (instead of searching a random topic and being bombarded with hundreds of pictures by hundreds of people. Scary, lol. i think you'll have more fun surfing the site, though, if you communicate with the artists. ^_^ Also, something I'm starting to do is ask for critique on my deviations (you know where it says "Your comment"? On deviations when you're submitting them you can change that to "Critique strongly encouraged") That might help the experience be a bit more productive rather than overwhelming. ^_^

Yes! I was overwhelmed as well. Still overwhelmed. In fact, I stayed up 'till 4AM on dA and consequently missed my classes today; oh well. Exploration and curiosity almost define me.
